recommended program. You
will go through an in-depth career exploration exercise, to
identify your ideal career options and achieve your most
important career goals. All along, you
will receive guidance from an
experienced career advisor and the program
takes 2-3 weeks on average.
Step 1: You receive access to our online
Intelligent Career system
Step 2: You complete
a multi-dimensional card sorting exercise to identify
the most important aspects of your professional life, which you
would like to improve/optimise/attain. This includes values,
interests, motivations,
lifestyle & finances, working conditions,
work-family issues,
personal/work relationships, skills and more
Step 3: For each important area selected in Step 2, you then
work with
a career advisor to prepare detailed descriptions on
the current
situation, what goals would like to achieve and why
the selection
is important for you
Step 4: Your career advisor guides you through a process (through email,
phone calls & a 30-45 minute in-person session)
to develop concrete
and measurable actions steps, in order to
achieve the goals for each
selection. These
actions are developed
for short-term (next 1 week,
1 months, 3 months) and
also for
the long term (next 6 months,
1 year and so on).

Step 5: You receive
access to our career assessment system, in order to
complete
online questionnaires for 3 assessments (Strong, MBTI
and Combined
Personality/Interest Career Report)

assessments,
generate relevant insights and arrive at an initial
shortlist of
ideal/matching career options
Step 7: You complete our quantitative career exercise, to
evaluate/score the

This ensures that the final list
of options you arrive at, meet your most
important needs/goals
Step 8: Wrap-up session (30-45 minutes) with career advisor to
refine/finalise
career options, goals and action steps. The
session is also used to
answer any remaining questions
and ensure you are absolutely
comfortable
