Career Planning & Full Performance Program (SGD 625)
Suitable for people who have some work experience, the career planning program serves as an in-depth career planning/exploration exercise, to identify and achieve your most important career goals.
- Step 1: We will work with you to arrive at a description of the key requirements (knowledge, skills, abilities) needed to perform well in your job
- Step 2: You will then complete the online Identity career assessment [view sample - Identity]
- Step 3: You receive access to our comprehensive online Intelligent Career system
- Step 4: You complete a multi-dimensional card sorting exercise to identify the most important career goals you would like to achieve and areas where you want/need to develop professionally. This is keeping in mind the requirements to perform well in your job and your career assessment results
- Step 5: For each career goal & development area, you work with a career advisor to prepare detailed descriptions on the current situation, what you would like to achieve & why it is important for you
- Step 6: Your career advisor guides you through a process to develop concrete and measurable actions steps, in order to achieve all the career goals and optimise the development areas. These actions are developed for short-term (next 1 week, 1 months, 3 months) and also for the long term (next 6 months, 1 year and so on). They are designed to ensure you complete them
- Step 7: Wrap-up session with career advisor to refine/finalise career goals and action steps. The session is also used to answer any remaining questions and ensure you are absolutely comfortable
