Managing Consultant

Amit has extensive business and career management related experience, in Asia and Europe. The experience has been diverse and included organisational/strategy consulting with Bain and Company. In this role he helped organisations improve their effectiveness in areas such as company culture, recruitment and selection, talent deployment, overall strategy and operational improvements. Amit has also worked for Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, in equity research, investment banking, equity capital markets, commercial banking and wealth management.

His educational qualifications are equally diverse. Amit has pursued an MSc./PG Dip. in Organisational Psychology and Career Counselling, with the University of London. Psychometrics is another interest of his and he has the highest possible level of  practical training in Occupational Psychometric Testing, with the British Psychological Society. Prior to that, he obtained an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Masters in Financial Management, from the International Management Institute (India). In order to integrate the principles of coaching into his consultation process, Amit also trained with the Career Coach Institute (USA) and Results Coaching Systems (Singapore/Australia).

Senior Consultant

Janani has worked in the area of Human Resources, with Infosys Technologies Limited (a global provider of technology enabled business solutions with over $5 billion in revenues) and subsequently as an Independent Consultant.

During her time with Infosys, Janani was part of the Talent Acquisition team and handled all aspects of the Recruitment Lifecycle. She was also a founding member of the HR Internal Communications team, where she planned, designed and rolled-out organisation wide communication interventions. Janani won several accolades for her role in Talent Acquisition and Internal Communication.

As an Independent Consultant, Janani worked closely with and assisted Ms. Hema Ravichandar, one of the leading thinkers in Human Resources in India/Asia. Her engagements primarily involved mapping existing HR processes in organisations and recommending improvements for each process, to help organisations outperform.

Janani graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management, followed by Post Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the reputed Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Senior Consultant

Nigel has more than 25 years general management experience in both the private and public sectors in Europe. He has managed Operational Service Units as well as Training & Development Units in the Irish health services. Nigel has vast experience in training needs analysis, and in the design, delivery and evaluation of training and training materials. Using Creativity and Innovation frameworks and Creative Problem Solving techniques, he has trained, facilitated and led strategy development processes, organisational development initiatives and organisational performance improvements. He is an experienced trainer, facilitator, consultant and presenter.

Nigel was also an associate lecturer with the UK’s Open University Business School for 13 years on their Professional Diploma in Management / MBA course, and an associate lecturer with Dublin Institute of Technology.

In addition to an educational background in philosophy, psychology, theology and communications, Nigel studied on a scholarship secondment in the Institute of Public Administration in Dublin. He has a post-graduate Diploma in Management and an MBA from the UK’s Open University Business School; and an M.A. in Adult & Community Education from the National University of Ireland. He is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (FIITD), a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI), a Member of the Singapore Institute of Management (MSIM) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD). Nigel is also a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified Coach.

Her specialities include change management, group and individual training/coaching, career transition, performance improvement, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent management.


GENISE CARUSO

Genise has worked in settings such as retail sales, cosmetology, insurance and marketing. She has degrees in professional/technical writing, business administration and behavioural sciences. She is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW).


JULIA HINGLEY

Julia is a professional writer, who has helped write 10 books on various aspects of careers, job searching and HR along with some of the leading experts in the field, as well as numerous others on a variety of management topics and personal performance. She comes from a professional background in account management, marketing and business development.


LISA ANN BURKE

Lisa brings to her work as a writer, over twenty years experience as a teacher, recruiter and career coach. While she is a highly versatile writer, she maintains a special affinity for the education, careers, and human resource sectors.


JOHN LEE
